Terms of Use

1. Using WatchHub

WatchHub provides tools for tracking movies, TV shows and anime, discovering titles, importing supported watch history and participating in community features. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for the activity associated with your account.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an account. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information when an account is created. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have reported unauthorized access.

3. Community content

WatchHub may let users create posts, comments, replies and other community content. You retain responsibility for content you submit. By posting content, you give Zkokatech LLC the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display and operate that content within WatchHub.

Community use is also subject to the Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts when necessary to enforce those rules, protect users, comply with law or maintain the service.

4. WatchHub Plus and purchases

WatchHub is available with a free experience supported by ads. WatchHub Plus removes ads and provides unlimited community access. Monthly, yearly and lifetime purchase options may be offered in the app. Current pricing and availability are displayed through Google Play.

Payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds for purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's applicable billing terms and local law.

5. Third-party content and services

WatchHub uses third-party data and services to provide entertainment information and app functionality. Entertainment metadata is provided in part by TheTVDB. This product uses TheTVDB's API but is not endorsed or certified by TheTVDB. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

6. Intellectual property

The WatchHub name, branding, website design, software and original service materials are owned by or licensed to Zkokatech LLC. Entertainment titles, posters, artwork and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

7. Service changes

WatchHub may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed or discontinued, and temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or technical reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer and liability

WatchHub is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Zkokatech LLC does not guarantee that entertainment metadata will always be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version and date will be published here. Continued use after an update may be subject to the revised terms where permitted by law.
